Hi, I’m Cheryl
After years of extensive training and within my professional practice, I've discovered secrets along the way. Secrets (backed by neuro-science!) that have opened a sacred space of endless possibilities and deep healing ~ for myself and my clients.
As a Resiliency and Trauma-Aware Coach (and Empath!), my mission is to help my clients deepen their healing, feel calm, centred and be fully embodied, even in times of chaos and stress.

I have worked with many clients whose unhealed trauma has been misdiagnosed as depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress. They were convinced that they were broken, damaged beyond repair, and believed the only solution was to enclose themselves in an energetic bubble of having "positive vibes only".
The truth is, they were NOT broken (and neither are you!) but instead are empathic souls in need of connection, compassion, and healing that leads to true freedom.
The true path to recovery is establishing a genuine connection back to yourself.
